Cookie Policy

In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Our cookie policy

This policy applies to this website (hereinafter the “Site”).

The audience measurement described below is active as soon as you arrive on the Site, without a prior banner. You can object to it at any time: click the “Manage cookies” button below, or the one at the bottom of every page. Your refusal is stored on your device.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file, and the term covers any type of tracker “placed and read, for example, when visiting a website, reading an email, or installing or using software or a mobile application, regardless of the type of device used.” It may be placed by the server of the Site visited or by a third-party server (audience measurement service, etc.). Cookies do not compromise the security of the site.

Cookies required for the Site to function

These cookies are placed by the Site itself. They are essential to its operation and do not require your consent. They allow us to:

Keep your session active while you are logged in to your account. Remember a guest’s access to an event’s experience. Store your choice regarding audience measurement (pc_consent cookie, kept for 6 months on your device).

Audience measurement cookies

They allow us to track the audience of our Site and understand how you navigate it (Google Analytics cookies), and to generate statistical data on how the Site is used. This helps us improve the Site’s performance.

We use Google’s audience measurement tools: Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics through it. They are active as soon as you arrive on the Site, without a prior banner, and place cookies on your device to measure traffic to the Site and the effectiveness of our campaigns. These cookies last up to 400 days after being placed (a little over 13 months). You can object to them at any time using the “Manage cookies” button, through your browser settings, by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by writing to contact@partyclic.fr.

Managing cookies

No banner appears when you arrive: audience measurement is active from that moment. To object to it, use the “Manage cookies” button, your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

The “Manage cookies” button, at the bottom of every page and on this page, opens a panel where you can object to audience measurement; if you have objected, it also lets you reverse that choice. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights

In accordance with the amended French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 (loi Informatique et Libertés) and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, object to, erase and restrict the processing of information derived from cookies and other trackers. To exercise these rights, please contact contact@partyclic.fr

Your choice on this site
