Looking for a lower-cost photo activity doesn’t have to mean settling for the most basic experience. What matters most is knowing exactly what you’re paying for and being able to match the cost to how your event actually uses it.
Every image costs a number of credits known in advance. You can start with the free credits you get at sign-up, see how many you actually use, then top up credits from your organizer dashboard whenever you need to.
Your credits sit in your account balance, and you allocate some to each event. Lowering an event’s allocation returns the credits it hasn’t used to your balance (never less than what it has already used), and they can then go to another event. An event’s unused credits return to your balance when it closes, so there’s nothing to reclaim by hand. If you don’t close it yourself, the event closes 7 days after it ends and its unused credits return to your balance.
This approach makes AI photo booth pricing especially flexible for businesses, event agencies, organizers and individuals who want to stay on budget without giving up an original, premium experience.
